![]() Playing against AI is also a bit more challenging. It also justifies you paying for the upgunned M4 upgrade which I kinda get. Shermans could take a bit of a buff though, just for the simple reason that even with a M18 GMC for backup, an M4 fighting a Panzer IV still sustained over half of its health in damage, however that may have fallen to RNG. Side armour on vehicles is really appreciated! I have played with my friend in a 1v1 setting and nothing more besides 1v1s against AI. ![]() ![]() It forces you to make compromises which are interesting so well done relic! Units die a bit faster now, especially to tanks I've noticed, which is nice but also a personal preference so others may prefer CoH2. I like the new mix of units as well as the different battlegroups, and the spending of command points as a change. The new build orders are interesting to say the least, I do have to say I like what they have done with the upgrade structure, saying this now after I've tried all the factions I do have to say for once, they actually all feel rather different. Auto-vaulting cover is nice for instance. I will say I AM NOT A PRO and so balancing can be taken with a pinch of copium.įirst off, I would like to say this game feels better in a lot of QOL ways. I have also developed two tuning kits for CoH2 as well as a few dozen maps, so I have been really interested in this franchise, and especially this new entry and how it does new things. I have played CoH2 for a couple hundred hours however never tried the original so I will only be comparing between CoH3 and its predecessor, I haven't been able to play any of the other tests so this is my First Impressions and my opinions of it thus far.
